Terms of service

Postlet is provided by Stratify AI, Inc.. It finds prospects for audiences you choose, writes outreach in your voice, sends it from the email and LinkedIn accounts you connect, and reports what happens. These terms apply to everyone who uses it.

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and be authorised to connect the accounts you connect. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Outreach is sent in your name, from your accounts. You are responsible for it, and you agree to:

• comply with the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and data protection laws such as CAN-SPAM, the GDPR and CASL;
• contact only people for a legitimate business purpose, and honour every request to stop;
• follow the terms of the services you connect, including Google’s and LinkedIn’s;
• not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, harassing or harmful.

Postlet enforces sending limits, warmup and opt-outs, but it cannot guarantee that connected accounts will not be limited by their providers.

You keep ownership of your content and data. You give us the rights needed to operate the service for you. How we handle personal data, including data from Google APIs, is described in our privacy policy.

Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give notice before changing prices.

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service, its users or the people being contacted.

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise any particular reply rate, meeting or business result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-written content can be wrong; you can review and edit anything before it is sent.

To the extent the law allows, Stratify AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date; for material changes we will tell you in advance. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
